摘要:Biomass-coal co-gasification technology is a new approach that considers both energy demand and carbon emission reduction policies. A comprehensive understanding of the flow properties of biomass-coal binary mixtures is important for the resolution of flow problems in the pneumatic conveying unit of the entrained flow gasification process. However, inconsistency exists between the laws obtained from different characterization methods of the flow properties. The discharge rate of the sawdust-coal mixture prepared by the co-milling method showed a decrease of about 21.4% when the biomass mixing ratio reached 20%. Based on the comparison of different characterization methods, the flow parameters that can effectively evaluate the discharge performance of the mixture were analyzed. In addition, an empirical model of the discharge rate with respect to the sawdust mixing ratio was established with an error within ±15%, which provides a reference for the mixing of biomass in co-gasification process. ? 2024, The Authors.
