摘要：循证实践模式在国内外经过20余年的发展,已逐步被社会工作教育、科研和实践领域广泛认可。本文从定义争论入手,梳理了围绕循证实践的各类研究及其关注点的异同,并介绍了我国学者在社会工作各类实践领域中开展的循证社会工作实证研究及其对促进循证社会工作本土化的启示。在回顾分析循证社会工作的研究现状、科学和学科意义的基础上,指出在社会工作教育和实践领域进一步推广循证社会工作的必要性,并提出需要"遵循研究与实践之间双向互动、服务对象需求为本、正视证据分级和现有干预措施优先"等四条原则及其实施方法,以期促进研究人员和社会工作机构之间的学习交流,以教育研究带动实践操作,并在实践中不断丰富证据。
The evidence-based practice model has been developed for more than 20 years at home and abroad,and has gradually become a widely recognized model in the field of social work education,scientific research and practice.This paper analyzes the research status,scientific and disciplinary significance of evidence-based social work,and puts forward some principles and methods in the practice of evidence-based social work.Starting from the definition debate of evidence-based practice,this paper describes the similarities and differences of various kinds of studies and their concerns around evidence-based practice,and pays special attention to the empirical research of evidence-based social work carried out by Chinese scholars in various fields of social work practice and its enlightenment to promote the localization of evidencebased social work.Through the analysis of the scientificity of evidence-based social work,the necessity of further promoting evidence-based social work in the field of social work education and practice is explained.In order to provide more instructive suggestions for practitioners,this paper also puts forward four principles that should be practiced in the practice of evidence-based social work and their implementation methods:1)follow the principle of two-way interaction between research and practice;2)The demand-oriented principle of service objects;3)to face up to the principle of evidence classification;4)The principle of prioritizing existing interventions,with a view to promoting learning and exchange between researchers and social work agencies,driving practice with educational research,and continuously enriching evidence in practice.
