摘要：基于2006—2015年长江经济带11个省市的面板数据,利用DEA-Malmquist模型分析了长江经济带各省市物流产业技术效率和全要素生产率指数的时空变化,同时构建了Tobit模型分析影响物流产业技术效率的因素。结果表明:在研究期间内,整体技术效率水平为0.760,效率不高,时间上呈'U'字型走势,空间上呈东高西低'阶梯状'分布格局;平均全要素生产率指数为1.030,全要素生产率年均提升3%,10年间全要素生产率指数出现波动,时间上整体呈先上升后下降的走势,空间上暂不存在'阶梯状'分布格局。Tobit回归结果可以得出,对外开放程度、行业因素、信息化水平对长江经济带物流产业技术效率有着显著的正向影响,经济增速虽然也产生正向影响,但未通过统计性检验。因此,未来长江经济带各省市要进一步提高对外开放水平;加大对物流产业的投入力度,提升行业规模;加快提升物流产业信息化水平,共同推动区域物流产业的发展。
Based on the panel data of 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2006 to 2015,this paper uses the model of DEA-Malmquist to analyse the temporal and spatial changes in the technical efficiency and the total factor productivity index of the logistics industry in the provinces and cities of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and then constructs the Tobit model to analyse the external factor that influence the technical efficiency of the logistics industry.The results show that the overall level of technical efficiency is 0.760 that is not high,and there is a'U'-shaped trend in time and a East high West low'ladder'pattern in space during the study period;the average TFP index is 1.030,and TFP increased by 3%annually,and the TFP index appears fluctuations in 10 years,and there is a trend of rising first and then decreasing in time and not a'ladder'pattern in space.Tobit regression results show that the degree of openness,the industry factors and the level of information have a significant positive impact on the technical efficiency of logistics industry in the Yangtze River economic belt,while the economic growth has a positive effect,but it do not pass the statistical test.Therefore,all provinces and cities of the Yangtze River Economic Belt should improve the degree of openness further in the future;and increasing investment in the logistics industry and improving the scale of the industry;and accelerating the upgrading of the information level of logistics industry so as to promote the development of regional logistics industry jointly.
