摘要:为提高玻璃纤维增强水泥(GRC)材料的耐久性和降低GRC产品的成本,以溶胶-凝胶工艺在普通硅酸盐E-玻璃纤维上涂覆一层BaO-TiO2-SiO2系耐碱膜.该涂层能有效阻挡60℃的1 mol/L NaOH溶液、80℃的饱和Ca(OH)2溶液和80℃的水泥浸出液至少144 h的加速强碱侵蚀,显示出优异的耐碱性.涂层后的普通硅酸盐E-玻璃纤维增强水泥其力学性能得到了有效提高,使用寿命得以延长.对GRC材料的显微结构研究表明,耐碱涂层改变了玻璃纤维和水泥基体间的界面性质.
In order to improve the durability of glass fiber reinforced cement(GRC) and reduce the cost of GRC products, alkali-resistant films in the system BaO-TiO2-SiO2 were coated on E-glass fibers by a sol-gel method. The results show that BaO-TiO2-SiO2 coatings can protect the surface of the substrates against the attack of 1 mol/L NaOH at 60 ℃, Ca(OH)2 and Portland cement aqueous phase solutions at 80 ℃ for a long period of time (〉144 h), which confirms an excellent alkaline resistance of the obtained coatings. Such coatings on low cost E-glass fibers could en- hance alkaline resistance of original glass fibers and improve apparently the mechanical properties and durability of GRC composites. A study on microstructure of the GRC composites demonstrated that the interfacial nature between glass fibers and cement matrix is changed by the BaO- TiO2-SiO2 films.
