摘要:为增强相转化法制备的聚丙烯腈(PAN)膜的蛋白吸附性能,对PAN基膜改性处理,分别经过NaOH处理、接枝乙二胺间隔臂、用乙二醇二缩水甘油醚化对膜交联活化,探究了各阶段改性条件。然后以亚氨基二乙酸(IDA)为配基,螯合Ni^(2+)制备了改性PAN亲和膜。将该膜用于牛血清蛋白(BSA)的静态吸附容量研究,结果表明静态吸附容量的等温曲线符合Langmuir模型,吸附动力学符合拟二级动力学,即膜表面吸附机理为化学吸附为主的单分子层吸附。螯合金属Ni^(2+)后显著提高膜表面对BSA的吸附容量,40℃时最大静态吸附容量为435μg/mL。
To enhance the protein adsorption performance of polyacrylonitrile(PAN)membranes prepared by phase transformation,the PAN-based membranes were modified through NaOH treatment,grafting ethylenediamine spacer arms,and cross-linking activation using ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether.The modification conditions at each stage were investigated.Subsequently,iminodiacetic acid(IDA)was used as a ligand to chelate Ni^(2+)and prepared the modified PAN affinity membrane.The static adsorption capacity of the membrane with bovine serum albumin(BSA)was studied,and the results showed that the isotherm curve of static adsorption capacity conforms to the Langmuir model,and the adsorption kinetics conform to pseudo-second-order kinetics,indicating that the adsorption mechanism on the membrane surface is primarily chemical adsorption in a monolayer.After chelating Ni^(2+),the static adsorption capacity of BSA on the membrane surface was significantly increased,with the maximum static adsorption capacity reaching 435μg/mL at 40℃.
