摘要:采用材料成分分析、能谱、电镜等物理、化学手段对HP4 0乙烯裂解炉管焊缝部位的失效原因进行了分析 ,并讨论了Cr、Ni元素对合金高温硫腐蚀敏感性的影响。研究表明HP4 0炉管焊缝部位失效是由高温硫腐蚀导致 。
In the use of chemical and physical testing methods, e g material's analysis, EDS, SEM etc, the ethylene cracking HP40 tube failure at welding line was investigation And then, the influence of Cr and Ni on high temperature sulphuric corrosion resistance of alloys was discussed Results indicate that tube failure was due to high temperature sulphuric corrosion by high content of Ni in alloys Proposals was put forwards in this paper
