摘要:采用传统固相法制备了按化学计量比掺杂Nb_2O_5的SrTi_(1-1.25x)Nb_xO_3微波介质陶瓷材料,研究了x为0~0.005时陶瓷的相组成、显微结构和微波介电性能。结果表明:在x增大过程中,SrTi(1-1.25x)NbxO3的相组成并没有太大的变化,其体积密度也是呈现基本不变的趋势。随着Nb5+离子的增加,晶体中的小晶粒数量在不断减少,大晶粒的尺寸迅速增大,同时SrTi(1-1.25x)NbxO3的介电常数(εr)保持基本不变,品质因素(Q×f值)则一直加速增长。当x为0.005时,陶瓷SrTi0.993 75Nb0.005O3获得最佳的微波介电性能:εr=296.41,Q×f=6 953GHz。
In recent years,with the development of5G mobile communication,the development of communication technology has attracted more and more attentions.As the most widely used material in communication field,microwave dielectric ceramics have also raised higher requirements for their dielectric properties,including appropriate dielectric constant(εr),as high as possible Q×f value,and close to zero frequency temperature coefficient(τf).For a perovskite-structured material,using an appropriate doping to increase its Q×f value is an effective method.In this work,the microwave dielectric ceramics of SrTi(1-1.25x)NbxO3doped with stoichiometric Nb2O5were prepared by a conventional solid-state route.The phase composition,microstructures and microwave dielectric properties of the ceramics(x:0-0.005)were investigated.The results show that when x increases from0to0.005,both the phase composition and volume density of SrTi(1-1.25x)NbxO3keep stable without obvious changes.On the other hand,with the increasing of Nb5+ion content,the number of small grains in the crystal keeps decreasing while the size of the large grain increases rapidly.Meanwhile,the dielectric constant(εr)is unchanged basically,while the Q×f value is increasing.When x is0.005,the excellent microwave dielectric properties,i.e.,296.41ofεr,6953GHz of Q×f could be obtained for the ceramics of SrTi(1-1.25x)NbxO3(SrTi0.99375Nb0.005O3)dielectric.
