摘要:氧氟沙星(OFX)是最常用的氟喹诺酮类抗生素(FQs)之一,在水体中检出率高,对生态安全和人体健康造成严重危害。水体中广泛且稳定存在的过渡金属离子Cu(Ⅱ)对基于过二硫酸盐(PDS)的高级氧化技术有一定影响,但其机制尚不明确。重点研究了Cu(Ⅱ)介导PDS体系降解OFX的过程,发现在6.0 mmol/L Cu(Ⅱ)和6 mmol/L PDS共存条件下,2 min内OFX的降解率可达到50.78%。淬灭实验表明,Cu(Ⅱ)介导的PDS体系降解受到了羟基自由基(·OH)、硫酸根自由基(SO_(4)^(-)·)的作用。产物鉴定结果表明,有机络合Cu(Ⅱ)介导作用下,OFX可通过羟基化、脱羧基和去甲基化3条路径发生转化。毒性鉴定结果表明,OFX的6种降解产物中4种属于无毒范围。
Ofloxacin(OFX)is one of the most commonly used Fluoroquinolones(FQs)with a high detection rate in water,causing serious harm to ecological safety and human health.Transition metal ion Cu(Ⅱ),which is widely and stably present in water,has a certain impact on advanced oxidation process based on peroxydisulfate(PDS),but its mechanism is still unclear.The degradation of OFX by Cu(Ⅱ)-mediated PDS system was focused on.It was found that under the coexistence of 6.0 mmol/L Cu(Ⅱ)and 6 mmol/L PDS,the degradation rate of OFX could reach 50.78% within 2 minutes.The quenching experiment showed that the degradation of PDS system mediated by Cu(Ⅱ)was affected by hydroxyl radicals(·OH)and sulfate radicals(SO_(4)^(-)·).The product identification results showed that under the mediation of organic complex Cu(Ⅱ),OFX could be transformed through three pathways:hydroxylation,decarboxylation and demethylation.The toxicity identification results showed that 4 out of 6 degradation products of OFX belonged to the non-toxic range.
