摘要:以25μm 316L不锈钢粉(SSP)为原料,聚丙烯腈(PAN)为聚合物黏结剂,N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)为溶剂,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为增黏剂,制备不锈钢中空纤维膜,讨论了SSP浓度对不锈钢中空纤维膜的烧结收缩、微观形貌、密度、孔隙率、最大孔径、平均孔径、纯水通量和机械强度的影响.采用泡点、纯水通量、机械强度等方法表征中空纤维膜的性能.实验结果表明:当加入质量分数75%的不锈钢粉时,不锈钢中空纤维膜具有较好的性能,其最大孔径为15.2μm,平均孔径为4.16μm,机械强度为49.4 MPa,纯水通量为350000L/(m^2·h·MPa).
Stainless steel hollow fiber membranes were prepared by using 25μm 316 Lstainless steel powder(SSP)as raw material,polyacrylonitrile(PAN)as polymer binder,N,N-dimethylacetamide(DMAc)as solvent and poly(vinyl pyrrolidone)(PVP)as additive.This paper discussed that the SSP content effected on the properties of stainless steel hollow fiber membranes such as shrinkage,microstructure,density,porosity,the maximum pore size,mean pore size,pure water flux and mechanical strength.The properties of stainless steel hollow fiber membranes were characterized by bubble point,pure water flux,mechanical strength and other test methods.The experimental results showed that when the SSP mass fraction was 75%,the stainless steel hollow fiber membranes had a better property.The maximum pore size,mean pore size,mechanical strength and pure water flux of mass fraction 75%stainless steel hollow fiber membranes were 15.2μm,4.16μm,49.4 MPa and 350000L/(m^2·h·MPa),respectively.
