摘要:以单根外开V型槽换热管为研究对象,采用CFD数值模拟手段研究了壁面过冷度ΔTm、槽宽b和槽角θ对冷凝传热性能的影响规律,推导了换热管的临界管长Lcr与有效周长Scr的表达方式。结果表明,ΔTm、b和θ的改变均会影响各部分局部热流密度q’;通过管长方向局部热流密度发现ΔTm、b和θ的改变影响临界管长Lcr和有效周长Scr,推导建立了Lcr和Scr与ΔTm、b以及θ的函数关系,为新型槽管的设计提供了参考。
Taking a single heat exchanger tube with external V-groove as the research object,Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)numerical simulation method is employed to explore the impact of supercooling degreeΔTm,groove width b and groove angleθon condensation heat transfer performance.Besides,the function relationship between critical length Lcrand effective perimeter Scris analyzed.The result shows that by calculating local heat flux density q’along the tube length direction,the changes ofΔTm,b andθare found to affect q’on every region of the tube.ΔTm,b andθare found to affect critical length Lcrand effective perimeter Scr.Therefore,functional relationship between Lcrand ScrwithΔTm,b andθis explored,which provides reference for engineering applications and the development of new groove tube.
