摘要：NOVELTY - A process for preparing glyoxylic acid by electrolytic reduction of oxalic acid features that the oxalic acid particles are all or periodically added to ensure the oxalic acid solution always to be insaturated state, composite additive is added to cathode solution, and the current-changing electrolysis mode is uses. Its advantages include delaying the deactivation of electrode, lowered speed of hydrogen-educing reaction for electrode, high current efficiency and selectivity of glyoxylic acid, and low energy consumption.
