摘要:丙烷脱氢制丙烯过程中,脱氢径向移动床反应器壁面可能发生结焦,严重危害反应器的稳定运行。采用部分析因实验法考察了反应温度、反应物(丙烷、丙烯、氢气和二甲基二硫醚)流量以及工业脱氢催化剂粉末、氯离子和铁离子对反应器壁面材料(304不锈钢)结焦过程的影响,利用TGA、SEM、HRTEM和Raman等表征了结焦生成物积炭的组成。结果表明,铁离子和反应温度是影响不锈钢上结焦反应的主要因素,反应物流量对结焦反应没有显著影响。不锈钢上生成的积炭包括脂肪烃、芳香烃和大量以纳米碳纤维为主的类石墨物质。
In the propane dehydrogenation process, coking reaction may occur on the wall of dehydrogenation radial moving bed reactor, which seriously endangers the stable operation of the reactor. The effects of reaction temperature, reactant ffow rate(propane,propylene, hydrogen and dimethyl disulfide) and the presence of industrial dehydrogenation catalyst powder, chloride ion and iron ion on the coking process of the reactor wall material(304 stainless steel) were investigated by partial factorial experiment. The composition of carbon deposition in coking products was characterized by TGA, SEM, HRTEM, Raman and so on. The results show that the existence of iron ion and reaction temperature are the main factors affecting the coking reaction on stainless steel, but the ffow rates of different reactants have no significant inffuence on the coking reaction. The carbon deposition on stainless steel contains aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons and a large number of graphite-like materials mainly composed of carbon nanofibers.
