摘要：为在设计开发时准确把握服务机器人复杂多样的用户需求，结合相关研究案例，确定了基于模糊Kano模型的研究方法。通过模糊Kano问卷调查与分析，将产品的质量要素进行划分，以准确、客观地反映用户的实际需求，从而获得用户的重点需求质量要素。以某景区游客服务机器人为例，将相关重点需求质量要素进行设计应用．提出造型设计方案，从而提供更为适用的产品特性，也为同类产品的用户需求研究提供参考。
In order to obtain the complicated user requirement on the service robot during the design and development process, the study method of Fuzzy-Kano model was comfirmed combined with the relative study case. The product quality element was divided through the Fuzzy-Kano questionnaire investigation and analysis in order to reflect the actual user requirements ac- curately and objectively. Then, the key requirement quality element of user could be obtained. A tourist service robot was taken as the example to design the relative key requirement quality element. The modeling design scheme was presented to provide more applicable product features. Also, this could provide references for the user requirement study of similar product design.
