摘要：近年来有关植物多酚的研究一直被视为一大热点,植物多酚具有多种生物活性,而对植物多酚生物活性进行研究的前提是植物多酚的高效率提取分离技术。现综述了近些年植物多酚提取、分离纯化方法的研究进展,并对总多酚的含量测定分析方法进行了归纳。
In recent years, the research on plant polyphenols has been regarded as a hot topic. A variety of biological activity of plant polyphenols was reported. And the research on biological activity of plant polyphenols is based on the highly efficient technology of extraction and separation. This paper reviews methods for extraction, purification and content determination of plant polyphenols.
