摘要:研究了溴化1-辛基-3-甲基咪唑(C8mimBr)离子液体浓度对表面活性剂溶液浊度、黏度、油/水界面张力和温度对黏度、油/水界面张力的影响。25℃在0.05%乙撑-双(N-乙磺酸-十二酰胺)钠盐(DTM-12)溶液中加入0.2%C8mimBr即可使溶液浊度从135 NTU降至43 NTU,大大提高了表面活性剂的溶解性能,起到助溶剂的作用。C8mimBr与DTM-12有良好的协同作用,少量离子液体即可大幅降低0.03%DTM-12/1.2%NaOH/C8mimBr混合溶液与大庆原油间的界面张力,当C8mimBr加量为0.1%时,40℃两相的界面张力由6.52×10-1mN/m降至1.12×10-2mN/m。C8mimBr可以改善羧酸盐类偶联表面活性剂DBS-12溶液的黏度,随C8mimBr的増加,1.5%DBS-12溶液黏度先增加后降低;当C8mimBr含量为1.2%时,黏度达到最大,40℃、50℃、60℃的黏度分别为52、47、44 mPa.s。随温度升高,原油与0.03%DTM-12/1.2%NaOH/C8mimBr混合溶液的界面张力和1.5%DBS-12/C8mimBr混合溶液的黏度略有降低。将离子液体与表面活性剂复配有望用作三次采油驱油液,对提高石油采收率有着重要的意义。
The effects of ionic liquids(1-octyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide,C8mimBr) concentration on the turbidity,viscosity of surfactant solution and oil/water interfacial tension and of temperature on the viscosity and oil/water interfacial tension were studied.The addition of ionic liquids could not only act as the co-solvent to improve the solubility of surfactants,but also decrease the interfacial tension between the mixed solution and the crude oil because of the good synergistic effect between C8mimBr and DTM-12.The turbidity of 0.05% DTM-12 solution decreased from 135 NTU to 43 NTU after 0.2% C8mimBr was added at 25℃.The interfacial tension between mixed solution(0.03% DTM-12/1.2% NaOH/C8mimBr) and crude oil decreased dramatically from 6.52×10-1 mN/m to 1.12×10-2 mN/m after 0.1% C8mimBr was added at 40℃.C8mimBr could improve the viscosity of DBS-12 surfactant solution.The viscosity of 1.5% DBS-12 solution increased first and then decreased with the addition of C8mimBr.The maximum values at 40℃、50℃、60℃ were 52、47、44 mPa·s respectively when the concentration of C8mimBr was of 1.2%.The interfacial tension between mixed solution(0.03% DTM-12/1.2% NaOH/C8mimBr) and oil and the viscosity of the mixed solution(1.5% DBS-12/C8mimBr) decreased slightly with increasing the temperature.The complexation of ionic liquids and surfactants has the potential to be used in ASP flooding which has great significance in enhanced oil recovery.
