摘要:生物活性玻璃和生物微晶玻璃因其优异的生物活性及组分与性能可设计性而引起广泛关注,人们力图在其基础上研制出性能优良的骨修复材料。近来有报道发现特定组分的玻璃能激活基因从而促进骨组织再生,为生物玻璃的应用开拓了新的领域。本文综述了目前的生物玻璃及生物微晶玻璃体系、组分与制备工艺对其理化性能和生物活性的影响、生物活性的评价方式及其活性机理。
The bioactive glasses and glass-ceramics are used as bone-repair materials widely because of their excellent bioactivity and free design between their compositions and properties, people have tried best to develop bone repair materials based on them. Recently, some reports pointed out that some glasses in certain compositions could activate gene and then enhance the bone growth, which show promise to be the bioactive glasses applied in new fields. This paper summarizes the present systems of bioactive glasses and glass-ceramics, the method of evaluating their bioactivity and the mechanism of bioactivity, and discusses the influence of changing process and composition on their chemical and physical properties and bioactivity.
