摘要：网络库存管理系统是电子商务中的重要组成部分，库存管理系统设计的有效性直接影响客户的满意度及经营成本的高低。该文以此为切入点，充分利用面向对象技术信息系统的高效性和可适应性强的优点对一个实际的电子商务系统进行了设计和实现，首次利用UML对网络库存系统进行了具体的设计与分析，并利用CORBA 技术对其进行实现。
The Design of Network inventory management system as a important component of E-commerce directly effects on the satisfaction degree of customer and running cost. Through making use of high adaptability and efficiency of object-oriented technology, the paper firstly applies UML to design and analyze network inventory management system of a practical E-commerce, and implements it using CORBA.
