摘要:NOVELTY - Glucose/light responsiveness dual core-shell microsphere comprises core layer and shell layer, where the core layer comprises double bond modified dextran and lectin; and the shell layer comprises light dimerization group modified dextran. USE - Glucose/light responsiveness dual core-shell microsphere used as drug carrier (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing glucose/light responsiveness dual core-shell microsphere comprising (i) mixing dual bond modified dextran, activating the lectin and cross-linking agent, stirring and adding cyclohexane into the high speed cutting emulsifier, adding redox initiator for initiating and double bond cross-linking agent to obtain microsphere core layer, (ii) immersing the step (i) obtained nuclear microsphere in light dimerization radical modified dextran solution and dichloromethane oil phase, adding polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution into high speed cutting emulsifier, stirring until complete volatilization of dichloromethane to obtain glucose/light responsiveness dual core-shell microsphere.
