DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing liquid fuels involves extracting light organic component in sludge directly as liquid fuel and adopting liquefaction method to heavy organic component in sludge, which is converted to light component as liquid fuel. The sludge raw material and solvent A are mixed to slurry in mass ratio of 1:sludge raw material=(0.1:1)-(10:1). The slurry is filled with extraction atmosphere and mixed at 50-300 degrees C under normal pressure of 15 megaPascal to obtain gas A liquid-solid mixture. The gas liquid-solid mixture is extracted, filtered and separated and to obtain oil phase, water phase and extracted residue. The gas A is recycled. The oil phase is distilled and solvent A is separated from recycling to obtain light oil A. The aqueous phase, extraction residue, solvent 2 and catalyst are mixed And filled to liquefied atmosphere to carry out liquefaction reaction at 300-450?Oc and 10-25 megaPascal. The mass ratio of aqueous phase and solvent 2 is (10:1)-(0: 1). The mass ratio of solvent 2 and extraction residue is (10:1)-(0:1). The mass ratio of water phase and solvent 2 should not be 0 at the same time. The amount of catalyst added to the extraction residue is 0-10 wt.%. The liquefied products is separated to obtain gas B, solvent B, light oil B, heavy oil and residue. The solvent 2 and gas 2 are recycled.
