摘要:选择适当的乳化剂和助乳化剂 ,复配后制备了以润滑油基础油为油相的微乳液。利用测定体系电导率的方法来确定相边界 ,准确地描述了不同温度下微乳体系的相行为的变化 ,较好地反映了微乳液的微观结构和其主要组成以及工艺条件之间的关系 ,为进一步制备符合金属加工要求的微乳液打下基础。笔者还用电导率对该微乳液体系的导电机理进行了较为深入的研究。
The emulsifiers and assistant emulsifiers were chosen to prepare a microemulsion system,in which the oil phase is a lubricant base oil.The phase boundary was determined by measuring the conductivity of the system and the phase behavior of microemulsion at different temperatures was described.The phase behavior explicitly explained the relationship between micro structure of the microemulsion system and its composition and temperature.This relationship is the base for preparing metal working microemulsions.The conductive mechanism of microemulsion system was investigated in detail.
