摘要:以苯酚和乙醛酸为原料,对对羟基苯乙酸制备中的缩合反应过程进行了研究.结果表明:碱液以和乙醛酸分开同时滴加为好;反应适宜温度为50℃;乙醛酸和苯酚的适宜摩尔比为1:1.5;搅拌速率在1600~2000转/分之间较好;反应时间以9~10小时为宜.
Condensation reaction of phenol with glyoxylic acid in the preparation of 4 - hydroxyphenyl acetic acid has been investigated. The condensation conditions of phenol with glyoxylic acid have been determined. The alkaline solution and aqueous glyoxylic acid are dropped slowly respectively.The condensation reaction temperature is at 5O℃.the mole ratio of glyoxylic acid to phenol is 1: 1.5, the speed of agitation is between 1600 to 2000 rpm, and the condensation reaction period is between 9 and 10 hours.
