摘要：随着政府职能的转变和市场体制的完善,非政府组织悄然崛起。但非政府组织存在着结构不完善、发展不平衡等问题。因此,需要明确非政府组织在社会管理中的定位、发展原则,构建起非政府组织自治式管理、政府组织行政式管理、市场组织经营式管理并存、合作互动、和谐共生的社会管理模式。
NPO in China,which has boomed with the change of governmental function and accomplishment of market economy,is taking on imperfect constitutions,developing imbalance and some negative actions.It is necessary to define NPOs current position and development principles in social management,to constitute collaboratively interactional,harmoniously coexistent mode of social management such as autonomous management of NPO,executive management of government and operating management of establishment.
