摘要:根据试验筛网的工业检测标准,针对试验筛网孔的矩形特性,结合现代图像处理方法,提出了一种试验筛网经丝和纬丝夹角的自动检测方法。首先采用改进的Harris角点检测算法检测角点,解决了传统的Harris算法漏检和误检、并对非极大值抑制过程中的阈值设定过度依赖的问题,在保证检测精度的前提下,提高了算法整体的检测效率;然后提出了用亚像素边缘结合Canny算法及多项拟合法进行图像角度边缘的提取及夹角边缘拟合,提高了角度检测的精度。实验证明,该方法能在误差范围内较好地满足工业检测的要求。
Based on the industrial testing specifications and the rectangular characteristic of the test sieve, this paper proposes an automatic measurement algorithm on intersection angel of longitude line and latitude line by combining with the modern image processing measures. The proposed algorithm adopts the improved Harris method to avoid the missing and false detection and the dependence on threshold value setting of the traditional Harris. Moreover, the sub-pixel edge detection is combined with both Canny algorithm and the polynomial fitting to achieve the extraction and fitting of the angle edge. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can attain the requirement of industrial measurement within the error range.
