摘要:讨论了自组织映射网络(self-organizing map,SOM)的发展与应用进展情况。首先介绍了自组织映射网络的产生、发展概况,网络的原理、基本结构和算法,网络的应用现状以及最新的研究进展情况。基本的自组织映射算法在实际应用中存在着一定的缺陷,对此着重介绍了近年来自组织映射网络的各种改进方案,以及目前在化学化工领域中的应用情况。最后提出了自组织映射网络研究中仍然存在的问题,并对其在化学化工领域中的应用发展前景做了展望。
The developments and applications related to Self-Organizing Map (SOM) networks are reviewed. Firstly, the principle of SOM network and its basic structure and algorithm are introduced, also the application situation of SOM and its latest development. The traditional algorithm of SOM has some disadvantages in application, so some improved models based on the basic SOM, as well as their respective applications on Chemistry and Chemical Engineering are then mainly discussed. Finally some problems still existing in the development of SOM are presented, and some prospects are made on the future development of SOM in the Chemistry and Chemical Engineering area.
