摘要：NOVELTY - The utility model claims an electrostatic atomization liquid drop detecting device, comprising a liquid storage tank, a water pump, a nozzle, a pair of parallel arrangement of high voltage electrode, imaging system, computer and nozzles are connected with the water pump and the liquid storage tank; the nozzle port is located between a pair of high voltage electrodes, a side imaging system located between the high-voltage electrode and is connected with the computer; liquid drop nozzle to produce the high voltage electrode formed by high pressure electrostatic field induction charge; the curve trajectory of imaging system recording induction charged droplet leaves the nozzle. and the moving track of the curve picture and video transmission to the computer, the computer calculates the charged amount out of induction charged droplets. The utility model adopts non-contact measuring way, through moving track of the high speed camera records the induction charged droplets without changing the liquid state of charge, using the motion equation and mechanics equation to calculate the droplet charge, can obtain the accurate on-line measuring result; it has simple structure and convenient operation.
