摘要:设计了一种连续锥体结构的HL2 8型旋流管 ,其分离性能较相同公称直径的单锥体或双锥体结构的旋流管更好。实验结果表明 ,在HL2 8型旋流管流量为 1.6 9~ 1.73m3/h ,水相压力降为 0 .2MPa ,分流比为 1% ,处理用煤油配置的含油污水的油浓度不大于 15 30 6mg/L时 ,旋流管的分离效率为 6 5 %~ 99.7% ,出口水相油浓度为 9~ 6
A new HL28 hydrocyclone with successive cone structutre was developed.It has better separating performance than both Thew and Amoco hydrocyclone.Test results showed that when the flow is 1.69~1.73 m/h,the pressure of the water phase is 0.2 MPa,the ratio of oil phase flow to water phase flow at the outlet of the hydrocyclone is 1%.When the oil concentration at the inlet is less than 15 306 mg/L,the efficiency of the hydrocyclone reaches 65.0%~99.0%,the oil concentration in water phase is 9~61 mg/L.
