摘要：回顾了 Ｔ－ 颗粒生长机理的发展， 并简单介绍了几个重要的机理模型，如“边－ 面”模型、“粗糙－ 光滑”模型、“立方－ 八面体”模型、“扩散控制生长”模型、“聚结”模型等。
The evolution of the thought of the growth mechanism of the tabular grains was reviewed, and several important models (i.e.“side-face'model,“rough-smooth' model,“cubo-octahedral' model,“diffusion-contolled growth'model,“coalesence'model) were briefly introduced.
