摘要:NOVELTY - An ultrasonic wave is used in dehydration of biomass tar by sampling, weighing and packaging biomass tar, placing tar container in ultrasonic wave generation device in axial direction vertically, and starting ultrasonic wave at 50-100 KHz, 0.5 W/cm2, and 20-55 degrees C for 10-60 minutes; and post layering completely, standing, cooling and separating, and performing post recycling treatment to separated moisture and dehydrated tar. USE - Ultrasonic wave used in dehydration of biomass tar (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The use of ultrasonic wave breaks the emulsion state of water in tar by penetrability cavitation effect of the ultrasonic wave, so moisture and organic ingredient of the tar are layered effectively and distinctly. Water content of the biomass tar is reduced from 20-50% to less than or equal to 10%. The used ultrasonic wave instrument and other devices are all devices with low power and low energy consumption.
