摘要:以庚二酸为起始原料,经过十步反应,得到目标产物育亨宾类似物Sempervilam,总收率19%。其结构经^(1)H NMR、^(13)C NMR、IR和MS表征。此法绿色环保、成本较低,适合工业化生产。
The yohimbane analogue sempervilam was prepared from heptanediacid. The total yield of the ten steps is 19%. The structures of all compounds were characterized by ^(1)H NMR,^(13)C NMR, IR and MS. The method is environmentally friendly, lower cost, and has potential for industrial production.
