摘要:NOVELTY - A supported solid catalyst comprises an active component containing an iron-containing compound, and a carrier. The active component is distributed in the surface or channel of carrier. The catalyst is obtained by drying carrier, mixing with solid-phase iron source, grinding, and calcining. The solid iron source is inorganic iron salt with crystal water. The carrier is single or composite metal oxide, silicate (composite), porous silicon-based material, porous carbon material, zeolite molecular sieve, and/or hydroxyapatite. USE - Supported solid catalyst is used in heterogeneous Fenton systems used in water treatment. ADVANTAGE - The supported solid catalyst can be prepared by a simple and easy method, uses abundantly available components as carrier, and has excellent catalytic activity and economical efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A supported solid catalyst comprises an active component containing an iron-containing compound, and a carrier. The active component is distributed in the surface or channel of carrier. The catalyst is prepared as follows. The carrier is dried at 60-120 degrees C for 12 hours and water physically adsorbed on surface is removed. 5-30 Wt.% solid-phase iron source is mixed with the carrier and ground for 5-30 minutes. The iron source is uniformly distributed in the carrier to obtain a mixture of iron source and carrier. The resulting mixture is sealed, heated at 70-120 degrees C for 12 hours, and calcined at 300-700 degrees C to obtain supported Fenton solid catalyst. The active component is iron-containing compound. The solid iron source is inorganic iron salt with crystal water. The carrier is single metal oxide or composite metal oxide, silicate or silicate composite, porous silicon-based material, porous carbon material, zeolite molecular sieve, and/or hydroxyapatite.
