摘要：数字技术是驱动体育旅游业高质量发展的核心要素和关键支撑。该研究采用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,通过探讨数字技术赋能体育旅游业高质量发展的内涵释义和学理因由,剖析了当前数字技术赋能体育旅游业高质量发展面临的现实困境,即配套政策制度不健全掣肘体育旅游业结构优化,技术嵌入应用程度不深凸显体育旅游市场供需矛盾,体育旅游市场监管不足损害体育旅游消费者切身利益,复合应用型人才缺口较大阻碍体育旅游业创新发展等。据此提出实践进路:强化数字经济发展顶层设计,设立转型升级专项引导资金;增强企业数字化转型意识,促进数字技术赋能的广度与深度;加强旅客个人信息安全管理,提升在线体育旅游平台的监管力度;健全企业人才培养体制机制,多维协同创新人才培养模式。
Digital technology is the core element and key support to drive the high-quality development of sports tourism.The research adopts the methods of literature and logical analysis,explores the connotation,interpretation and academic reasons of digital technology enabling high-quality development of sports tourism,and excavates the realistic dilemma faced by the current digital technology enabling high-quality development of sports tourism,i.e.,the imperfect supporting policies and systems hinder the structural optimization of sports tourism,the low degree of technology embeddedness and application highlights the contradiction between supply and demand in the sports tourism market,the lack of sports tourism market supervision damages the vital interests of sports tourism consumers,and the large gap of composite applied talents hinders the innovative development of sports tourism.Therefore,the practical approach is proposed:strengthening the top-level design of digital economy development and setting up special guidance funds for transformation and upgrading;enhance the awareness of digital transformation of enterprises and deepen the breadth and depth of digital technology empowerment;strengthen the security management of passengers′personal information and improve the supervision of online sports tourism platforms;improve the system and mechanism for personnel training in enterprises and make multi-dimensional collaborative innovation in personnel training.
