摘要:NOVELTY - (S)-3-hydroxy-5-phthalimide amino ethyl valerate preparation involves using 6-9.5g per l of 5-phthalimide-3-oxo ethyl valerate as substrate. 60-220 g wet strain per l of Pichia pastoris strain is used to catalyze in a buffer solution having a pH of 5-9 to react for 4-24 hours. USE - Method for preparing (S)-3-hydroxy-5-phthalimide amino ethyl valerate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The (S)-3-hydroxy-5-phthalimide amino ethyl valerate preparation method is easy to operate and control and is eco-friendly, improves the raw material utilization rate and productivity of (S)-3-hydroxy-5-phthalimide amino ethyl valerate, reduces the purifying step and production cost, and uses mild reaction conditions.
