摘要：城市的本质是人类为满足自身生存需要和发展需要而创造的人工环境,城市本质理论由人性理论、需要理论、环境理论3个基本理论要素构成,城市的基本功能包括养育功能、教育功能、生产功能、记忆功能,城市本质以城市功能为载体得以体现,而城市功能必须充分体现人的需要,与现代人需要相适应。因此,"人性化"城市应是充满生机与活力,有精神、有灵魂、有大爱氛围、让生活更美好的城市。
Cities are essentially the habitat for human life and development.Urban theories consist of three parts,human theory,need theory,and environmental theory.Basic functions of cities include human nurturing,education,production,and record keeping,The essence of a city is embodied in its functions,and these functions must satisfy human needs.Humane cities should offer spirited vitality and be human-centered to make a better life for its residents.
