摘要:通过将乙醇加入聚(L-谷氨酸-γ-苯甲酯)(PBLG)-聚乙二醇(PEG)接枝共聚物(PBLG-g-PEG)的有机溶液中制备了聚合物胶束。运用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、粘度法、动态光散射(DLS)、核磁共振(1H-NMR)、红外光谱(IR)等手段研究了PBLG分子链构象转变对PBLG-g-PEG共聚物自组装行为的影响。研究结果表明:聚肽接枝共聚物能够在乙醇中自组装形成胶束,三氟醋酸(TFA)的加入不但改变了共聚物中PBLG链段的分子链构象,提高了形成胶束的临界胶束浓度,而且还改变了聚集态的形貌。
Polymeric micelles were prepared by adding ethanol into the organic solutions of poly (γ- benzyl L-glutamate) (PBLG)-poly (ethylene glycol ) (PEG) graft copolymer. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), viscometry, dynamic light scattering (DLS), nuclear magnetic resonance (^1H-NMR) spectroscopy and infra-red difference spectroscopy (IR) were used to investigate the effect of PBLG chain conformation on the self-assembly behavior of PBLG-PEG graft copolymer. The experimental results reveal that PBLG-PEG graft copolymer could associate into polymeric micelles in ethanol. The introduction of TFA not only changes the conformation of PBLG segments, but also increases the critical micelle concentration, and further affects the morphologies of the formed micelles.
