摘要:NOVELTY - Preparing carbon quantum dot and titanium co-doped mesoporous silica composite photocatalyst comprises preparing carbon quantum dot, dissolving surfactant and potassium chloride in hydrochloric acid solution, stirring vigorously, adding ethyl orthosilicate, carbon quantum dot and tetrabutyl titanate, mixing the solution, stirring, allowing to stand for 24 hours, transferring into a hydro-thermal reaction kettle having tetrafluoroethylene lining, cooling, suction filtration, washing, vacuum drying, extracting with ammonium acetate to remove template and sintering under inert gas atmosphere. USE - The carbon quantum dot and titanium co-doped mesoporous silica composite photocatalyst is useful for degrading acid orange 7 (AO7) and 2,4- dichlorophenol (2,4-DCP) organic pollutants. ADVANTAGE - The method: is easy; utilizes low cost raw materials; carries out doping carbon quantum dot and titanium on hole wall of the mesoporous material, thus increasing synergistic effect of promoting photocatalytic activity, and enabling good diffusion and transmission of channel. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing carbon quantum dot and titanium co-doped mesoporous silica composite photocatalyst comprises preparing ordered mesoporous silicon dioxide material through in situ loading method, high temperature cracking method to prepare carbon quantum dot, dissolving surfactant and potassium chloride in hydrochloric acid solution, stirring vigorously for 3 hours, reducing the stirring speed, adding ethyl orthosilicate, carbon quantum dot and tetrabutyl titanate, mixing the solution, stirring for 2 minutes, allowing to stand for 24 hours, transferring into a hydro-thermal reaction kettle having tetrafluoroethylene lining having 100 degrees C water for 24 hours, cooling, suction filtration, washing, vacuum drying, extracting with ammonium acetate to remove template, sintering under inert gas atmosphere.
