摘要:采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线电子能谱(EDAX)和金相显微镜(OM)等方法,分析比较了染有“粉状锈”与未染粉状锈的青铜残片的矿物组成、腐蚀层分层结构及金相组织.结果发现,染有“粉状锈”的青铜样品含有未染粉状锈的样品所没有的副氯铜矿;其断面腐蚀层分若干层,且每层锈体的结构和元素组成各不相同,金相分析表明了粉状锈生成属点蚀或晶间腐蚀.
The chemical composition,phase constituent and microstructure of corrosion scales of different bronze samples of artifacts were characterized with X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electronic microscopy (SEM),X-ray energy dispersive analysis(EDAX) and optical microscopy(OM).Results showed the samples which had bronze disease consisted of paratacamite.And the cross section of corrosion scales of bronze artifacts showed layered microstructure with special feature and components.In addition,it is revealed that the bronze disease may be due to pitting and crevice corrosion.
