摘要:研究制备了一种用于电力机车导电滑块的新型导电摩擦材料—金属纤维增强压型不透性石墨(MFRMIG) ,其主要性能指标为 :弯曲强度 82MPa ;抗压强度 138MPa ;体积电阻率 2 5 μΩm。重点研究了导电填料体积含量对体积电阻率以及对材料弯曲强度的影响。机械强度及实车实验表明 。
Deals with a novel conductive friction material, metal fiber reinforced moulded impermeable graphite (MFRMIG). The new material owns excellent properties with bending strength: 82?MPa; compression strength: 138?MPa and the volume resistivity: 25?μΩm. The relationship between the volume resistivity of MFRMIG and conductive filler volume fraction (the ratio ofmetal of fiber to graphite powder) and the effect of filler volume fraction on the transverse strength of MFRMIG were studied. Both the mechanical strength of the material and the results of real tests on trolley bus show that MFRMIG is an excellent conductive friction material candidate.
