摘要：[目的/意义]以美国一流智库为研究对象,研究一流智库的发展规律和特征,为中国特色现代智库建设提供经验借鉴。[方法/过程]基于宾夕法尼亚大学《2015年全球智库报告》顶级智库排名,选取其中美国6家一流智库作为研究样本,以百年发展历程和主要影响因素进行纵向和横向分析,从研究宗旨、组织建设、人才流动、经费筹集、研究主题、研究过程以及影响力等方面分析美国智库百年发展的规律与特征。[结果/结论]研究表明,上述主要影响因素奠定了其发展的思想、组织、智力、财政、选题、制度、渠道基础,对美国一流智库的发展具有决定性作用,对中国智库发展具有借鉴作用。
[ Purpose/Significance ] The paper focuses on the development law and characteristics of US top think-tank to provide the ex-perience for the construction of modern think-tank with Chinese characteristics. [ Method/Process] Based on 2015 Global Go To ThinkTanks Index Report released by PSU, selecting six top think-tanks as research samples, it analyzes main influence factors including re-search aim, organization construction, talent flow, fund raising, research topics, research process and influence of US top think tanks tofind development law and characteristics. [ Result/Conclusion I Research shows that the main factors lay basis of thought, organization, in-telligence, finance, topic selection, system and communication channel, influencing the development of US top think-tank decisively andpromoting the development of Chinese think-tank.
