摘要:选用气相色谱-质谱对聚碳酸酯醇解产物进行了定性分析,确定其主要产物为双酚A(BPA)和碳酸二甲酯(DMC);选取了合适的内标物和色谱条件,对醇解产物中的DMC、苯酚(PHE)、BPA进行了定量分析,相对标准偏差分别为3.37%,2.54%和3.05%,回收率分别为94.55%~102.71%,95.82%~103.64%和95.80%~103.27%。结果表明该测定方法简便可靠。
An easy and accurate method for the determination of methanolysis products from polycarbonate was established in this paper. The methanolyzed compounds were identified by gas chromatographymass spectrometry, and the main products, bisphenol A and dimethyl carbonate, were directly quantified by gas chromatography with internal standards. The relative correction factors of DMC, PHE and BPA were 6.21, 1.41 and 1.04 respectively. The RSD of DMC, PHE and BPA were 3.37%, 2.54% and 3.05%, and recovery of those were 94.55%~102.71%,95.82%~103.64% and 95.80%~103.27%,respectively.
