摘要：利用文献分析法对国内、外体育城市建设历程及评价指标沿革等进行了梳理,分析了国内、外体育城市建设与发展的现状及特点,认为国际体育城市的建设标准与评价指标是一个相对的、动态的、综合的发展过程,总结出目前体育城市评价中主要存在的三种论调,即参照论、排名论和品牌论。结合前人有关世界城市指标体系、体育强国指标体系等研究成果,利用专家问卷等方法初步构建了适合我国特点的国际体育城市评价的指标体系。指标体系以城市综合实力为基础、以体育城市综合影响力为特征,包括城市综合实力、体育城市综合实力、体育资源及品质、体育产业实力4个二级指标和34个具体指标,为下一步进行权重研究及动力机制探索奠定了基础。
This paper analyzed the literature about the development history of global and domes- tic sports cities and the evaluation system. The present status and feature of sports cities devel- opment were also studied. The sports city evaluation systems have gone through a compara- tive, dynamic and comprehensive developing process. Currently, there are mainly three schools of views in evaluating sports cities, including comparing, ranking, and branding. On the basis of related findings, the study used interview methods to construct the evaluation index for sports cities with Chinese characteristics. The index system consisted four level-2 indicators and 34 specific indicators, which laid a foundation for further exploration of the mechanism.
