摘要:在固定床微分反应器中研究了以碳酸钠为催化剂的阳泉煤焦气化本征动力学。气化压力为1.37MPa,温度为740—780℃。考察了气化温度、蒸汽压力、催化剂浓度、碳转化率对气化速率的影响以及温度对催化剂失活的影响。结果表明,加入Na_2CO_2后,煤焦的气化活化能由非催化的295kJ/mol降为266KJ/mol;气化速率与水蒸汽分压无关;与催化剂添加量成正比;与剩余转化率(1-X)的1.22次幂成正比。
The kinetics study of catalytical gasification of Yangquan coal char has been carried out under the controlled conditions in differential fixed-bed reactor at 1.37MPa pressure and temperature between 740℃ and 780℃. The effects of temperature, partial pressure of steam, catalyst concentration and fractional conversion of carbon on the reaction rate have been investigated. The reaction rate of catalyzed gasification was found ten times faster than that of non-catalyzed reaction under the same condition.The effect of temperature on catalyst deactivation was also studid. It was found that the lower the catalyst concentration was, the easier it was to deactivate. The relation between catalyst concentration and frequency factor is k_0=(47.7C_c-2.5)×10^(11) The experimental results indicate that the addition of Na_2CO_3 to the coal char lowers the activation energy of reaction from 295kJ/mol to 266kJ/mol and the rate of gasification is independent of the partial presure of steam but proportional to(1-X)^(2.22). The intrinsic rate equation of gasification of coal char is r=dx/dt=(47.7C_c-2.5)×10^(11)exp(-266×10~3/RT)(1-X)^(1.22)
