摘要：历史文化名村保护规划是保护村落遗产的依据,对名村的格局、风貌、环境等起到了较好的指导作用。但保护规划在现实面前难以指导村落发展的需求。据此,本文以福全名村为例,基于城市双修的启发,提出文化修复、空间修补的"名村双修"之道,旨在增强居民对村落传统文化的自信、构筑村落的自强。而加强村落特色的挖掘,建立科学的价值评估方法,搭建系统务实的设计体系,构筑立足基层的管理机制是名村双修之道的核心内容。
The protection plan of famous historical and cultural villages is the basis to protect heritages of villages, which provides a good guidance for famous villages＇ pattern, style features and environment. However, the protection plan can＇t meet the development requirements of villages in reality. Accordingly, the article took Fuquan Village as an example and put forward a ＂double maintenance＂ way of cultural maintenance and space maintenance based on the enlightenment of urban double maintenance, to aim at increasing the self-confidence of residents to village＇s traditional culture and establishing the village＇s self-improvement. Moreover, developing the characteristics of villages, establishing scientific value evaluation method, building practical design system and setting up grass-roots management system are the core contents of double maintenance way for famous villages.
