摘要:采用浸渍法制备了磷钼杂多酸(H3PM012040)改性的MCM.56分子筛,并用NH3化学吸附、x射线衍射(XRD)表征了改性催化剂的结构,然后在微反应装置上用苯与甲醇烷基化反应评价了磷钼杂多酸改性的MCM.56分子筛的活性。结果表明,磷钼酸的负载量对MCM.56的总酸量和不同种类的酸分布有一定影响,随着磷钼酸负载量的增加,催化剂的总酸量略有增加,但酸性有所下降。负载量为5%的M003/MCM.56(H3PMo.2040)分子筛是较为适宜的催化剂,催化苯与甲醇烷基化反应的适宜温度为460-475℃,空速3.33h-1,苯的转化率可以超过50%,产物中甲苯和二甲苯的总选择性大于90%。
The MCM-56 molecular sieve catalyst modified by phosphomolybdic heteropoly(H3PMo12040) was prepared by the impregnation method and was characterized by chemisorption of NH3 and X-ray diffusion (XRD). The catalyst was evaluated using alkylation reaction of benzene and methanol in a micro-reactor. The results showed that the PMoz loading had certain influence on the total amount of acid and acid distribution on the modified MCM-56 catalyst. As the PMol2 loading increased, the total amount of acid increased, while the acidity of the catalyst decreased. The appropriate catalyst was MO3/MCM-56 (H3PMol2040) molecular sieve with 5% PMO12 loading, and over it, the benzene conversion was above 50% and selectivity of toluene and xylene reached more than 90% under the conditions of temperature of 460-475℃ and space velocity of 3.33 h-1, which indicated that the modified catalyst had excellent activity.
