摘要:利用淋洗液流路切换技术,在一次分析过程中使用两种浓度的氢氧化钠淋洗液,对CH3COO-,HCOO-,Cl-,NO2-,SO24-和NO3-进行分离和检测,建立了离子色谱同时测定微环境中酸性气体的方法,结果表明,六种阴离子标准曲线的线性相关系数大于0.9990,检测限在0.5μg.l-1—2.5μg·l-1之间.甲酸根和乙酸根的回收率在99%—109%之间.并在博物馆进行实地采样,对空气质量进行相对的评价.
An eluent switch method was developed for the separation of CH3 COO^-, HCOO^-, Cl^-, NO2^-, SO4^2-, NO3- by ion chromatography. Using two kinds of NaOH eluent with different concentrations in one analytical process was able to separate six anions well in a short time. This method is on the basic of rigorous and comprehensive validation, and it has been applied successfully to determine the acidic gas in museum micro-envi- ronment. All anions have good linearities, the correlation coefficient is higher than 0. 9990 respectively. The detection limits of six anions are 0. 5μg·l^-1--2.5μg·l^-1. The average recoveries of CH3COO -and HCOO - are 99%--109%. The sampling on the spot has been undergone in some typical exhibitive cabinets and storerooms of museum. The concentrations of samples of six anions have been acquired and the air quality of these museum micro-environments have been evaluated relatively.
