摘要：市场经济是信用经济,信用是市场经济的基础和灵魂。信用缺失不仅是道德范畴的问题,而且涉及法制建设等深层次的问题。因此,解决我国目前市场经济中信用缺失的问题要在建立符合社会主义市场经济的道德规范并坚持长期不懈的道德教化的同时,通过加大法制建设力度、强化信用监控机制建设等,多管齐下,标本兼治,进行综合治理,方能取得显著的效果。
The market-oriented economy is a credit economy and credit is the foundation and soul of the market economy. Lacking of credit is not only the problem of morality,but also involves problems of the development of legal system. Therefore,in order to solve the problem,moral standard conforming to the socialist market-oriented economy should be set up and moral civilization should be insisted on over a long period of time. Meanwhile,we should speed up and strengthen the development of the legal system and construct the credit supervising mechanism. Only through integrated management,looking into both their root cause and symptoms should we obtain the desirable result.
