摘要:利用具有较高相变潜热以及适宜相变温度的聚乙二醇(PEG)作为基本原料,复配制得PEG600-PEG1000二元共融体系,采用膨胀珍珠岩(EP)作为载体,以二元共融体系为核心制备固-固相变复合材料,并利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、红外光谱(IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、熔融-结晶实验对其结构和性能进行研究。结果表明,二元体系相变温度适宜、相变潜热较大,符合使用需要,热性能稳定,且与膨胀珍珠岩相容性良好,为物理吸附,可有效解决泄漏问题,应用广泛。
Polyethylene glycol(PEG) is prepared as the basic raw material to make the preparation of PEG600-PEG1000 bina ry eutectic system,becanse of its high latent heat and a suitable phase change temperature, using expanded perlite as the carrier, with binary eutectic system as the core in preparation of solid-solid phase change composite material,and using DSC, infrared spectroscopy (IR),scanning electron microscopy (SEM),hot and cold cycle test and melting-crystallization experiments to study its structure and properties. The results showed that the binary system has appropriate phase change temperature and larger phase change latent heat, in line with the use need,with stable thermal properties, good compatibility with the expanded perlite,as the physical adsorption,effectively solve the leakage problem,there is a large range of applications.
