摘要:NOVELTY - A vinyl chloride catalytic combustion catalyst comprises 0.5-3 wt.% ruthenium and 97-99.5 wt.% tin oxide. USE - Vinyl chloride catalytic combustion catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst can lower the reaction temperature of combustion, completely oxidizes vinyl chloride to hydrogen chloride or chlorine, carbon dioxide and water, achieves standard discharge of waste gas of vinyl chloride, does not generate toxic larger product, avoids secondary pollution, and has good activity, selectivity and stability, and simple preparation method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of vinyl chloride catalytic combustion catalyst comprising dissolving tin chloride in deionized water, dropping ammonia water until the pH is 8-11, stirring for 1-6 hours, filtering, washing to neutralize, drying at 100-140 degrees C for 8-16 hours, and calcining at 400-1200 degrees C for 2-6 hours to obtain tin oxide carrier; and soaking into ruthenium aqueous solution at 40-80 degrees C through water bath, stirring, drying at 100-140 degrees C for 8-16 hours, and calcining at 300-500 degrees C for 2-6 hours under air atmosphere; and (2) vinyl chloride catalytic combustion comprising combusting 1000-10000 ppm vinyl chloride with catalyst at reaction space velocity of 15000-60000 mL/hour.gcat and at reaction pressure of 0.1-0.5 MPa.
