摘要：NOVELTY - Manufacturing double-metal composite tube comprises compounding resistant alloy thin plate and steel plate, heating, leveling, cutting, edging of pipe, carrying out JCO (RTM: pipe forming presses) molding, pre-welding, external welding, internal welding, expanding diameter, hydrostatic pressure testing, repairing terminal, flaw detecting and marking. USE - Method for manufacturing composite pipe (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves quality of bimetal composite pipe, achieves large-caliber manufacturing metallurgical bonding interface of composite pipe with diameter greater than 16 inches or 400 mm longitudinal submerged arc, achieves variety of high-strength metallurgical bonding dissimilar metals, does not minimize brittle compound layer or interface, saves precious rare metals, and has low cost.
