摘要：作为影响战后教育发展的重要思潮,发展主义对当代我国高等教育政策产生了深刻影响,体现为强调高等教育为经济发展服务、实施高等教育超前发展战略、以市场化手段促进高等教育发展并直接拉动经济增长。这种高等教育政策导致了高等教育功能窄化、高等教育发展失衡、高等教育文凭贬值等负面效应,需要引起深刻的反思。
As an important thought which affected post-war education development,the developmentlism had a profound effect on contemporary higher education policy of China,which embodied as emphasis higher education serving for economic development,the implementation of the strategy of the advanced development,the market-oriented measures to promote the development of higher education and directly stimulating economic growth.These policies lead negative effects to higher education which includes narrowing the function of higher education,unbalanced development of higher education and diploma devaluation,and these need deep reflection.
