摘要:在减压条件下,以甲基苯基碳酸酯(MPC)为原料歧化反应制备碳酸二苯酯(DEC),考察了反应温度、钛酸四丁酯与二丁基氧化锡复合催化剂用量、反应压力和反应时间对歧化反应的影响;在温度185~215℃下,对MPC歧化反应动力学进行了研究,建立了二级反应动力学模型并进行了统计学检验。实验结果表明,在215oC、45kPa、复合催化剂用量(基于MPC质量)0.6%(W)、反应时间3h条件下,DPC选择性达95%以上、收率达88%以上。MPC歧化反应二级动力学模型对实验数据拟合良好;统计性检验结果显示,在实验考察范围内,该动力学模型能够较好地描述MPC歧化生成DPC的反应。
Diphenyl carbonate(DPC) was synthesized through the disproportionation of methyl phenyl carbonate(MPC) with the composite of tetrabutyl titanate and dibutyltin oxide as catalyst under pressure reduction. The effects of temperature, catalyst dosage, pressure and reaction time on the disproportionation were investigated. The reaction kinetics of the disproportionation was studied in the temperature range of 185-215℃, and a second order reaction kinetic model was established. It was showed that, under the conditions of 215 ℃, 45 kPa, catalyst dosage 0.6%(w) and 3 h, the selectivity to DPC and its yield could reach more than 95% and more than 88%, respectively. Under the experimental conditions, the second order reaction kinetic model described the disproportionation of MPC well.
